The Help Desk is offered by TDXNet to help you resolve issue with Email Access to your Bering Sea Group, Bering Sea Eccotech, Bering Sea Environmental, TDXNet, or Aleut world Solutions email account. If you are on the TDX network or accessing the network via VPN you may use the online Help Desk to access Solutions, Work Orders, Assets, or User Account Help. Just type in http://selfhelp/help in your web browser. If not on the network you may reach the Help Desk by calling 907-569-4357.
