Job Performance
- Outstanding load and flying operations supporting 366 FW and 428th Singapore Air Force (RSAF) for 92 assigned aircraft utilizing three Mission Design Series Aircraft
- Performance led to 614 pod load reconfigurations with zero maintenance late take offs and no impacts to pilot proficiency training for over 1,329 sorties
- Site maintained an 97.74% effective rate on 64 Wing and RSAF assigned pods
- Prepared eight V2 pods with weights for the USMC VMA 225; two week exercise;100 sorties 100% tracking; Also supported ATAC F-21 KFIR; flew 26 sortie 100% tracking
- Meticulously entered approximately 956 error-free actions into RAMPOD; accurate data enabled engineers to diagnose P5CTS maintenance and faulty component trends.
- Rebuilt dry air system compressor on radar threat simulator (T-43); performed assigned realignments restoring systems to FMC status prior to Northern Edge exercises
- Performed maintenance prepartion of the T-43 radar site; aligned energy module regulator fuctions to proper output configurations; enable enhanced lock-on capabilities
- Maintained the sites Technical Order/TMDE accounts and manages the vehicle fleet; ensured equipment availabilities to complete contract requirements; zero discrepancies
- Contributed to Alaska JAPRC contract; completed 22 T-43 Radar Threat Simulator PMIs
- Tackled tasking to identify, evaluate condition and cataloge T-43 Radar Simulator component parts; verified shortfalls in maintenance requirements
- Discovered a software problem with shops’ Spectrum Analyzer; coordinated with Rhode and Schwarz regarding warranty repair, then arranged shipment to manufacturer for software upgrade and return to service. No significant loss of capabilities due to timely repair and return from manufacturer
- Performed 20 Periodic Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and 174 Elapse Time Meter check to track power on hours to each pod; zero late inspections on assigned pods
- Hand-picked to support OM&S for Red Flag Alaska Exercise—threat operator, crucial team member--no only supporting operations/maintenance but training new hires!
Self Improvement
- Enrolled in Penn Foster College pursuing an Associate Degree in Electronics
- Complete a 3 credit hours maintaining a 95% course average
Community Involvement
- Participated in town beautification project benefiting the elderly and families in need. Volunteered personal vehicle to take three loads of yard waste to landfill.
- Supported local Boy Scout troop food drive and Friends of Scouting fund raiser
- Donated Paint and supplies to ELADA, assisted needy families within these counties
- Adopted a family through Idaho child protection agency; provided food and clothing
