- As Procurement Officer, Carl is in charge of purchasing both company assets and government assets— Created a streamlined approval process for all purchases
- Accurate/percise—all COR approval request approved on first attempt—every time!
- Clever at finding the best prices for tools and equipment--price things to find the absolute lowest price, then gets further bulk, military, group or any discounts possible
- His actions has us almost 20% below current spend line saving us & the customer's
- Responsible for building slideshow for biweekly Program Manager’s BRAG meeting
- Presentations are always clear and concise—lauded by the Government Reps
- Attention to detail—actions have resulted in a 20% increase in accurate documentation
