    • Taken the reins Inventory Manager--Manages over 6,500 pieces of Government Furnished Equipment assets totally $116M and spread over 1.6M acres of range
  • Meticulously manages funding for $195,000 to be used for Contractor Acquired Parts
    • Helped design and verify the new FD-111 that meets all contractual requirements
    • Provides ability to track
  • Spearheads gathering, verifying, combining data for the Monthly Status Report
    • Daunting 30 page report, includes: Due in for Maintenance, Mission Impaired Capability, awaiting parts reporting and Pod supportability report for 4 different pods
    • Report also includes Open purchase report; Product Quality Deficiency report; Equipment and System Status reporting—Carl is truly a one-man tiger team!
  • As Procurement Officer, Carl is in charge of purchasing both company assets and government assets— Created a streamlined approval process for all purchases
    • Accurate/percise—all COR approval request approved on first attempt—every time!
    • Clever at finding the best prices for tools and equipment--price things to find the absolute lowest price, then gets further bulk, military, group or any discounts possible
    • His actions has us almost 20% below current spend line saving us & the customer's
  • Responsible for building slideshow for biweekly Program Manager’s BRAG meeting
    • Presentations are always clear and concise—lauded by the Government Reps
  • Attention to detail—actions have resulted in a 20% increase in accurate documentation
    • Maintains both hard and soft copies of all company and government activities, which has proven to be a life-saver in keeping program profitable
  • A Leader--coordinates partner companies’ efforts, ensures they are compliant with both government and company policies, significantly improves customer satisfaction
