  • Provided extensive subject matter expertise of USAF cybersecurity standards that were crucial to the 56th Fighter Wing attaining Authority to Operate (ATO) for the classified Overlord Ground Station (OGS)—Crucial to continued range operations
    • Spearheaded the total design and verification plan to define how to verify the controls incorporated during the Implementation phase.
    • Painstakingly produced 105 artifacts (cybersecurity verification documents), which were at the core of what’s required to pass the Air Force’s ultra-high standard of acceptability—time consuming process that was accomplished without impact to ops
    • Developed implementation plan to address specific security risks imbedded in the quality and mission assurance category of the OGS—recognized subject matter expert
    • Exceeded a critical milestone for completing pre-accreditation actions and delivering the artifacts to the Security Control Assessor ahead of schedule without a single error
  • Instrumental in the acquisition of Link-16 equipment using $870K of FY16 MAJCOM provided funds—utilized expiring funds and completed all actions prior to year end
    • Single handedly exceeded a must-meet suspense by scrutinizing component configurations that were key to facilitating individual Form 9 purchase actions
    • Impressive knowledge, skills and abilities completing these challenging tasks were all key to successfully standing up a network which will be vital to F-35 student training. 
  • Performs as Communications Security (COMSEC) Responsible Officer and Alternate Security Manager for entire Luke ACTS and Gila Bend Auxiliary airfield requirements
    • Received laudatory comments during Wing COMSEC Assessment for attention to detail leading to a flawless account—Outstanding rating for all efforts
  • Provided Link-16 scenario and switch implementation in support of approximately 81 F-35 SAT/SEAD missions—supporting combat coded squadrons and formal training units
  • Implemented Virtual Local Area Networks and VLAN Trunking Protocol in support of the Luke ACTS Microwave Voice—crucial to the microwave backbone upgrade
  • Developed alternate installation method to allow Tactical Display Framework to operate using Windows 7 when provided instructions failed—process adopted command wide


  • To further his programing skills he wrote and implemented switch scripts for the BMGR Microwave Upgrade—a $2.1M effort awarded to BSEn
  • Developed appropriate security measures on the switches IAW Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cisco Switch Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
  • Implemented Quality of Service policies to prioritize the information forwarded through the switches by latency sensitivity and real world priority.
